Shipping and Returns
Estimated Delivery Times
Everything that leaves our studio here on the farm is made by hand (and sewing machine). We aim to get orders out to our lovely customers as soon as they're made up, which usually takes around 5-7 days. Our shipping usually take between 2-4 days from the moment it's posted. You'll get an email to tell you it's been shipped.If however you need something sooner, please drop us a message and we'll do everything we can to get your order out as soon as possible.
Occasionally we'll have to order in fabric, which can add a little time onto your order. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible. It'll be worth the wait, we promise.
UK Returns
At the moment we're only able to accept returns if your items are faulty. Please get in touch with us at info@loralshop.co.uk to arrange this.
Your order remains your responsibility until we receive it back, and we are unable to refund orders that are returned damaged. Please make sure anything you send is in its original condition and packaged up really well.
At present, we are not able to offer free returns, so a postage fee will be deducted from your refund:
For a standard parcel: £5
For a large parcel: £7
For a standard parcel: £5

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at info@loralshop.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
If you want to exchange an item, it must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the your order items.
Due to the handmade nature, and natural elements of our products, there can sometimes be slight variations from the images on the site. It's part of the charm of owning something that has been made by a real person, not a machine.
Occasionally colours might vary ever so slightly, which may be down to your computer screen.
